We ship all orders within 5 business days. All packages are sent using standard shipping rates, which are calculated at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Replacements & Refunds

We do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference. To request a replacement or refund for a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage so we can assist you quickly.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because our products include magic props, kits, and instructional materials, all sales are final unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
